Perfect for conference - value and location

Solid location if you're at a conference and need to work on a budget. Some decent food nearby and CVS next door. Bathrooms were a bit dirty but everything else checked the box for necessities. Would book again

Perfect place to enjoy Miami Beach

Overall, a great little apartment. Great location, right near the beach and boardwalk. Check in and check out was straight forward, and there were plenty of amenities available. The rooms were comfortable as well and everything was as pictured. We will definitely rent again!A few things to keep in mind (no deal breakers) There is a little kitchen but no oven so keep that in mind for food/meal planningProperty doesn’t want you to open the windows so it will occasionally get a little stuffy inside. No cleaning supplies available.There is a combo washer/dryer, we couldn’t really figure out how to get the dryer to work well. Beware that the spinning makes it vibrate like crazy! The traffic outside is heavy and there’s construction (at least late this December) and Miami drivers like honking. Property management left sound machines that helped at night.If you’ve never lived in apartments, heads up! you WILL hear the neighbors in the hallways, through walls, and ceiling.Complaints:We were missing a tv remote in the main room. TV's nowadays don’t have manual controls. We requested a new one, no answer. We worked around with an app.You will get a code that works on the main door and your apartment. Presumably this code is unique and reset for every guest. However, while I was watching tv, a lady (cleaning lady?) punched in a code and walked in to our apartment. She just said sorry and left. We still had several days left. Be aware if leaving valuables while out
