Your next getaway starts here! Come and enjoy this amazing location with panoramic views of Forresters Beach with warm summer breezes from this near new property. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, Waters Edge at Forresters Beach is the perfect place to kick back with family or friends to soak up the iconic Australian beach lifestyle.
The house is furnished with understated luxurious modern touches, leather lounges, elegant fabrics and finishes with open plan living and multiple entertaining areas.
The house consists of reverse cycle air conditioning and gas fire place.
On the main floor is the kitchen/dining and lounge area with fireplace and powder room, there is also a large alfresco deck with BBQ. With floor to ceiling windows, you wont want to be anywhere else!
The lower level consists of the 4 bedrooms and main bathroom, the main bedroom with ensuite. You will also find another large alfresco space with glass bifold doors which open to the large grassed backyard. Beach access is as easy as following a private sandstone path down to the Beach.
The lower level alfresco space has a TV and arcade style game machine with over 400 games for both adults and kids to enjoy!
3 of the bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean.
Forresters Beach is home to a few popluar cafes, walking trails and lookouts. Keep an eye out for whale migrating season between June and November. You are likely to spot whales not too far off shore.
