You’ll enjoy the quiet of a residential neighborhood two blocks from the beach in North Lincoln City with a stay in Lincoln House, a four-bedroom home with an upstairs great room. The warm wood vaulted ceiling in the living room frames an inviting space with plush sofas and chairs, a pretty, contemporary inset gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu. A wall of windows to the west reveals the outdoor upper-level deck and brings in lots of light. You’ll have a soothing view to trees and a glimpse of ocean from the fully equipped kitchen, with its blue and white tile island and stainless-steel appliances. The main-level king and queen bedrooms have their own smart TVs. So do the two bedrooms downstairs, a King bedroom and a kid-friendly double bunk room with trundle beds. If you like plants, you’ll also want to visit the Connie Hansen Garden in the same neighborhood. Walk two blocks west to miles of sandy, level beach and ocean surf. The Chinook Winds Casino, golf, water sports on the lake and all the fun activities of Lincoln City are minutes away by car. If you love the beach, but prefer a quiet, casual, family-friendly place to stay, Lincoln House is a great choice for your next coastal stay!

Great stay at the beach

The house is larger on the inside than it for appears but it’s such a great house! We loved the double king rooms so the adults had enough space. The only drawback was the online info said there was a bbq and we weren’t able to find one. Honestly if that was our only drawback- life is good at the beach.

Beach House in Lincoln City

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very well appointed with lots of amenities, and very very clean. The outside stairs up to the property and upstairs deck could use some refurbishing. There was also a step inside to down stairs that needed repair. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute home

I enjoyed staying at this location with my friends and family. The decor was great and we loved the game closet. There was plenty of room for 3 adults, two teens and 3 littles. It was easier to drive to the beach with all the kids stuff than walk. The only concerns I have are the stairs in the house are very easy to slip on (almost all of us did) and there are rails loose and askew from the deck which is scary with small children.
