Located on a level block, within 250m walking distance of picturesque Pearl Beach, this single level holiday home is ideal for the family entertainer`s getaway.
Beautifully furnished throughout, this shabby chic coastal holiday home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a separate bunkhouse and ensuite which is ideal for 2 families with children.

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. The separate bunkhouse contains a single bunk bed, 1 single bed and a single day bed.

* Open plan living area with flat-screen TV, DVD, CD player, comfy leather lounges
* Modern and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave
* Outdoor entertaining with large timber wrap-around deck, gas BBQ and outdoor seating. (not fully fenced)
* Outdoor shower, ceiling fans, dining table seating 6, off-street parking for 2 cars
* Main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. External laundry with washer, shower and toilet
*small friendly dogs permitted

Linen is supplied and included in the overall total booking. However, please bring your own beach/pool towels if needed

NOTE: STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking, Pets on application. Please note this property only allows 6 adults maximum, sleeping up to 8 including children in total.

The property was very clean, great to open up and let the air flow through, very shady and quiet and had a great outdoor shower. It was a very easy walk to the beach.

The Diamond Rd house is a great stay at Pearl Beach, easy and accomodating, with pleasant views to trees and close to the beach. The separate 3rd bedroom suited our family with adult kids. The house was generally well set up in the kitchen, but there was no salt.
