Great Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Kima.Jo Jo helped us with any needs we had as our host.The beach view was breathtaking and very convenient.The condo was well equipped with whatever we needed and clean. We hope to return next year!

Great location, super beach

We enjoyed our stay, beach and location were ideal for our low-key winter get-away. The weather was perfect! We were close to all we opted to do during our stay. The unit was quiet, and worked well for 3 adults. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and toys. Jojo promptly responded to all our texts. Thank you for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was really nice to have the beach chairs and towels. The view was beautiful and so nice to be right on the beach! Will definitely recommend to others! Would love to return sometime!

Great stay with a short notice

Our host JoJo was amazing in every way. We arrived Saturday of Labor Day weekend like we always so only to find out our time share date through another condo complex was changed to the following week. Trying to find another place to stay on a busy holiday weekend was a bit of a nightmare. Luckily we came across this unit and was able to check in right away and turned out to be a much nicer and more comfortable stay. The unit is well stocked with anything you would need for your beach vacation. JoJo was quick to respond and so helpful. We highly recommend this unit, you won’t be disappointed!!

I stayed with a family. The property is spacious and fully stocked with towels and dishes. Beach is very close, the views are amazing. Beach is very private. Pool is in the shade for half of the day. I would love to come back.
