Breezeway is a quintessential beach cottage, perfect for your next family getaway. A place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle, relax and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle with Copacabana Beach just a flat level 5 minute walk away. The ideal retreat from the salt, sand and surf, Breezeway is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped for families. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck, or read a book in the shady backyard lounge and soak up the cool ocean breezes. Copacabana is a patrolled beach with a kiosk, cafes and shops and a short drive to Avoca and Terrigal Beaches. The large master bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 includes a Queen bed while bedroom 3 features a Bunk bed, single and trundle perfect for the kids. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans.

* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas and Nespresso machine.
* Front and back yard decks: BBQ and outdoor lounge.
