Quiet, family-oriented residential neighbourhood. Tree-lined streets with lots of free street parking. We are walking distance to Oakridge Centre which is currently under redevelopment.
Nearby at Alberta St/49th is the Langara YMCA.
Tim Horton’s, Polo Market, Mary Brown’s Chicken, and Roots coffee shop at Main/49th. Subway/Chevron gas station/Van Tea HK Cafe at Main/41st. Starbucks/Bonjour Banh Mi at Cambie/37th.

Modern passive house. Basement suite with stair access and 2 small windows for natural light. Equipped with an HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator System) that makes our home healthier, cleaner, and more comfortable by continuously replacing stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air. You will hear the HRV system occasionally (sounds like a fan).
