RRI will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. Due to COVID, some property amenities may not be available, or maybe on a limited basis.

Villa refurbishment activity is taking place from July 1, 2024, to Nov. 3, 2024. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.
Please note that the pool will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 1, 2024, to Aug. 31, 2024. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
The spacious two-bedroom, two bath villa features a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and living areas, and a private furnished balcony. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and oversized tub. The guest room consists of 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower and a single vanity. The living room contains a sleeper sofa large enough for 2 guests to sleep in. The unit also features a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.
