No contact whatever with the host. We did tell him there is very little water pressure in the faucet in the vanity in the bathroom. The place feels tired. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Would have appreciated knowing it sits on such a busy, noisy strert

Wonderful little town Home

We had a wonderful stay in Ruston this past weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom could use an updated bed, pretty hard, but made do. Everything else was nice.

Great stay

The townhouse was as described. Everything was clean and functioning well. The full size washer and dryer were great. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing I didn't find was a cutting board but may have been my poor looking skills :) The beds were comfortable with quality bedding. I will definitely book again when I return to town.

Easter 2024

My 2 oldest boys are in school at Tech. We came to Ruston to celebrate Easter with their 2 younger brothers & grandparents. Best decision ever to try this over getting a hotel room! We will definitely come back! Had a great weekend & it was sooooo nice not being on top of each other!!

All we needed for a weekend in Ruston

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and easily accessible. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the heater was extremely loud. We had to turn it off due to so much noise. We are all hot natured so this wasn't a huge deal to us but could be to others. We did communicate the issue with the property manager before we left just to let them know so they could have it looked at.

Broke property

When we arrived all was great easy acces etc. After entering the property we found empty water bottles and the house wasn’t really clean I slept on my sleeping bag to keep from sleeping in bed. When I went to take a shower the hot water heater was not operational. The gas’s was on cause luckily the heat worked but no hot water and after reaching out to property manger Saturday about the water heater we reach out again because the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor. As of Monday still no response from the manager

The dishwasher seal was also addressed immediately, so it won’t be a problem for future guests.
