The Space:
Step inside to discover an open-concept floor plan, starting with the inviting family room on the left. Sink into the swivel chair or sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted TV. To the right, you'll find two cozy guest rooms, each featuring a comfortable Queen bed and abundant natural light. Ceiling fans ensure a pleasant breeze in every bedroom.
Down the hallway is the Captain's Quarters, a delightful third bedroom facing the backyard. With its Queen bed, dresser with a TV, and ample storage, it's a peaceful haven to retreat to. The attached en suite bathroom offers a privacy glass enclosed shower and a single vanity.
The dining room awaits just beyond the guest bedrooms, with a table that comfortably seats 6. Adjacent to it is the kitchen counter, complete with 2 bar stools for casual meals or morning coffee. A convenient desk and chair provide a dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll find a French door stainless steel refrigerator and elegant hardwood cabinets in a soft blue/gray hue. The natural granite countertops and a window overlooking the backyard add to the charm.
To the left of the kitchen, you'll discover the third bedroom, located in the converted garage. It faces the front of the home and features a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, and a spacious closet. The adjacent third full bathroom with a shower offers convenience and privacy. The laundry room, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, is just steps away.
Step out onto the screened and covered lanai, accessible from the laundry room. Enjoy the gentle breeze and dine al fresco at the outdoor table for 6. Relax on the outdoor sofa or in the additional chairs, all with comfortable cushions.
Our vacation rental is nestled in Naples Park, a charming residential neighborhood in north Naples, Florida. Unlike gated communities, Naples Park offers unique homes with character and a relaxed atmosphere. Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato with Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's are all within easy reach. Plus, we happily welcome pets to our rental!
Explore Naples Park and beyond on foot, or utilize Uber and Lyft for convenient transportation. If you wish to discover the wider Naples area, we recommend renting a car for easy access. Fort Myers International Airport is just a 40-minute drive away.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
