2026 snowstorm!

We had a fantastic time staying for a month. Sarah was a fantastic host- check in on us and even dropping off some goodies while a new appliance was delivered. The home was perfect for our needs and was well supplied with all the essentials. The snow was an unexpected surprise- beautiful to see! Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Conveniently located to visit surrounding areas

We found the property to be as described and furnished with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The Wi-Fi and Internet worked perfectly, the grounds were well kept, and our dog liked the large front yard. Our host, Sarah provided good communication and had a welcome basket and had a good stock of spices and condiments on hand. We will book again in the future if we need to stay in the area.

The house is beautiful, in a really peaceful neighborhood. WDuring our stay, we saw bunnies all over the yard and a deer walking down the road. This was perfect for the quiet little getaway I needed.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we needed, and store was only 10 minutes away. Property manager was very responsive and checked in to make sure there wasn’t any issues! We came to watch our daughter play college softball and we would definitely stay again if she has more games in the area.

East TN adventure!

We had a lovely time. The house was perfect for the three of us and two dogs. We cooked in the kitchen, had a fire outside, took a long bath and soaked up the quiet and beautiful scenery. To top it off we saw The Band Perry!!!

Quiet Getaway

House is very clean. Sarah the host is very easy to communicate with and if you need anything she is readily available. House is perfect size for 4 people. Dog loved playing fetch in the front yard running up and down the hills. Front porch is a great place for a morning cup of coffee.

Beautiful little home

The house was beautiful, and just what we needed for a weekend graduation. It was clean and well stocked only issue is it smelled like animal pee heavily on the left side of the house. The beds were also uncomfortable and hard as a rock
