Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Lonsdale St & Timothy Lane, only a 2 min walk to Melbourne Central railway station with access to everything all under the one roof.

You're only a stone's throw away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right at corner of Hardware lane & Lonsdale St which is only a 1 min walk from where we are.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just across the road.

If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates a max of 8 guests overnight at no extra charge.

The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

The location was great and the pool was an unexpected bonus. But the cleanliness of the apartment and amenities provided (or not provided) was not great. We thought that the white towels and sheets were dirty so washed them (had to unload the full washer and dryer first) but then realized they were stained. Three toilet rolls for 8 people for three nights? No bin-liners? No spare pillows (or pillow protectors). And the kitchen - it is advertised as accommodating 8 people yet there are not enough place settings for that many. Plenty pots and pans but 3 cooking utensils. Nothing much else. Fortunately the bottleshop that we bought our wine at opened our wine for us and put the cork back in!

Melbourne Winter Visit
I stayed in Melbourne with 4 teens for 5 days for a winter stay. We're from Brisbane. The apartment was awesome for the 5 of us and the views were incredible. The location was spot on for everything we wanted to do - very central. Would highly recommend.
