Linens and towels can be provided upon request. Please message us via Vrbo if you would like linens and towels and how many sets you require. Please note, there is a $25 per set fee and payment will need to be cleared prior to check in. Otherwise, please BYO linens/towels (hand towels, foot towels, tea towels and blankets will be provided).

Great holiday house

Perfect set up for a beach holiday in St Leonards. The house was very clean and well laid out with an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area and enclosed yard with BBQ and outdoor fireplace. We had a lovely time and would happily stay there again.

Spacious welcoming 3 bedroom residence. Comfortable for all 3 generations . Grandmother loved the front deck sitting in the morning sun. Girls loved the outdoor fireplace.

Everything you need

My little family had a wonderful stay at 31 Swain Walk over the long weekend! It was one of the best child-friendly places we have stayed at, they thought of everything! We didn’t get to use the outdoor fireplace due to weather but a very well equipped and stocked property! Short distance to the beach area and little town centre…whilst the weather was not great while we were there, we were still able to get out and explore the area, great park for kids near the pier and a cute Saturday market where we bought some local honey. Would highly recommend this property and host!
