Soul Bliss at Shoal Bay is a spectacularly stylish, elegant beach house located only a five minute stroll to beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, the famous Shoal Bay Country Club, restaurants, and cafes. This spacious holiday home, with captivating water and hinterland views, features four bedrooms with additional reading room with sofa bed, two living areas and three full bathrooms. Soul Bliss at Shoal Bay sleeps up to 10 guests (MAX 8 adults) in laid-back luxury right in the heart of Port Stephens. Two generous under-cover balconies and a substantial, enclosed, grassy backyard, complete with a quaint, brick, open fireplace, provide a multitude of outdoor areas to enjoy. Soul Bliss at Shoal Bay's savvy floor plan and sizeable proportions make it an ideal holiday home for two families or a multigenerational family. There’s space for everyone to come together and there’s plenty of spots to retreat to when you’d prefer a quiet moment.

First Floor:

The large living and dining rooms flow out to an under-cover deck where you’ll be able to unwind while you take in the glorious water views and sea breezes. The fully equipped, modern and character-filled kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine - simply bring your own favourite selection of pods.

The master bedroom enjoys water views, opens onto the balcony, has a TV and a chic ensuite with a double vanity. The king sized bed can be split into two long singles upon request.

There are two other serene bedrooms on this level. One has a king sized bed, which can be split into two long singles, and the other bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom shares the main bathroom, which has a double vanity.

Second Floor:

Here you’ll find another huge living area, with soaring raked ceilings, an Apple TV, comfy lounges, desk and kitchenette with a handy bar fridge. Sliding doors lead out onto the enormous undercover balcony where you’re again struck by the enticing and expansive views over Port Stephens harbour and the surrounding bushland. Retire to the balcony in the evening to take in the magnificent sunsets at the alfresco dining setting.

This level’s bathroom also has a double vanity, and there’s a king sized bed in the bedroom.

Soul Bliss at Shoal Bay features Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout, a laundry with washer and dryer, and a single lock-up garage, as well as off-street parking for two vehicles. This designer beach house is just waiting to host your family’s next fabulous holiday.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
