The unit has all you need for a relaxed beach getaway. Open plan living areas, full equipped kitchen, TV with full Foxtel package, DVD, stereo and quality furnishings make this unit a home away from home.
There is also a portable WIFI device available for basic internet use. Note this device is a courtesy and may not always be available for use. If it is not available for use no refunds will be offered. Please be aware of this when booking as the unit is Not advertised with WIFI.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, TV, Foxtel, balcony also with water views and ensuite.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, great for the little ones who like a bubble bath after being at the beach.

The secured carpark allows for one car, most normal cars/suv’s fit. Please check height if you have items on top of your car, height of inside of carpark is 1880mm
BBQ – There is a communal BBQ area is at the back of the building with outdoor seating, grassed and has a gate. Kid’s can enjoy playing while you get the BBQ ready.
Clotheslines are also in this area.
Rubbish bins are provided and are located at the rear of the building.
Tomaree mountain has many walks for varying fitness levels, choose yours and enjoy the magnificent views.
Shoal Bay village is a short stroll away and has a convenience store, boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, and Shoal Bay Country Club.

We loved staying at this unit - very convenient location to shops and beach right across the road. Great host- thank you Mary Ann - for your flexibility. The unit was spacious. We were very comfortable.
Very good spacious,very well equipped,but could not get free to air TV,only one of us out of four,could connect to WiFi
The other negative was we could only open the windows,a tiny amount,and as it was very warm,could not get much cooling breeze,particularly in the bedrooms.

Unit 6 is very spacious and great location, thank you for your review. On checking the TV after your departure, it seems the arial cable was removed, unsure how this happened but all fixed now. Foxtel with the full package is supplied so I hope you enjoyed that.
Internet is slow up here when there are a lot of holiday makers in the area. We live with it, but many guests don't understand we are in the country. We have now removed WIFI from this unit as many guests use their phone WIFI. The window issue is a government enforced safety measure, while we don't like it, we cannot change it. We have installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the breeze that comes from them and through the windows is normally sufficient. When the front balcony door is opened the cool sea breezes are lovely during the hotter months. Thank you again for your review.
We loved staying at this unit! It was supremely situated and well kitted out for a wonderful stay. The sea breeze was all the aircon we needed but the provided fans helped on the warmer days. Loved that we could do some laundry when needed. Secure building. Our car could not fit in the underneath parking but we had no problem finding a spot to park. Great food options a short walk away.
Love Shoal Bay and these easy living apartments. We always stay in the South Pacific complex. Well maintained and secure and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family getaway. We love Zenith Beach. The whole beach to ourselves most of the time. Great location as you have the choice of the bay, or the beach. Plus great cafes, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway and shops all within 100m. And the walk up Mt Tomaree is just breathtaking. We'll be back again for sure!
