You will immerse yourself in the Sun Drenched open plan living and dining space overlooking the crystal waters of the bay and out to Tomaree Head.

Out on the balcony the view stretches over to the sand dunes of Hawkes Nest across to Tomaree Headland where you might be lucky to see dolphins playing in the shallows.

The national park borders the apartment and will delight the adventure and nature enthusiasts with Kookaburras and the high flying White Bellied Sea Eagle a few of the frequent visitors.

The waters of Shoal Bay offer an abundance of adventurous opportunity, hire a SUP or kayak off the beach and take In the tranquility of the bay, launch your own boat at the boat ramp just 200m down the street and try your luck at scooping a nice feed of fish, hire a bike and ride to Fingal or Nelson Bay or trek to the summit of Tomaree Head and take in the views as far as the eye can see.

What a great experience!

This place was such a beautiful getaway for my husband and I on our first wedding anniversary! It was basically right on the water, short walking distance to some beautiful restaurants and such a great set up inside!! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Beautifully presented in a great location

Long weekend with wife and three kids. Perfect location within walking distance to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Spectacular views from the living areas and lovely sunlight throughout. Spacious, very clean and nicely decorated and equiped with everything we needed and more.

Great holiday Unit

We had a wonderful time in Shoal Bay. June was an excellent host. The location was close to everything we needed. I do however suggest putting in WiFi, as the internet 5G in Shoal Bay was terrible. Thank you once again.

Summer holiday in Shoal Bay

We stayed four nights in January. The apartment was in a convenient location with a nice outlook over trees. The beach and Tomaree National Park were a short walk away. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the furnishings were tasteful and in excellent condition. We had a most enjoyable holiday. June was an excellent host.

An amazing stay

My family and I had such a great time in Shoal Bay. The apartment is so beautiful and well fitted out, every detail is thought of and taken care of. Everything was great with the communication and check in process. The location is unbeatable - right across the road from the beach and walking distance from Zenith Beach and the Tomaree Head Walk, and a short drive from Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay. Everything was so clean and comfortable and the view while drinking the morning coffee from the balcony is perfection. We would love to stay here again, thank you June!

The perfect slice of paradise

The Mesmerising Shoal apartment is beautifully styled, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need. So many beautiful restaurants, bars, shops, beaches and lookouts are just a short walk away. The apartment is so cute and comfortable, TV available, heating/cooling available, beds/mattresses are comfortable, kitchen with appliances, and a lovely view from the balcony! Relaxing & fresh

The flat was beautifully decorated, clean, fresh and had every creature comfort we could need. Kitchen was fully stocked as was the bathroom, super convenient. Felt more like a hotel.The balcony was lovely to sit on at any time of day, always a lovely ocean breeze and a good view of the mountain and Shoal Bay. Super convenient to all the beaches and shops. Top floor unit provided lovely sense of privacy. Only a couple of heads up, three flights of stairs, and the mobile reception is very weak...otherwise highly recommended apartment.We had a lovely time.

Family holiday

Overall our experience was positive. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a beautiful gift on arrival of wine and chocolate. It would help if the advert clearly outlined there was no aircon as this was an issue when trying to sleep. Also it was unclear there was no wifi. And given the limited reception in the area this proved a challenge.
