Open the sliding door to a covered lunai with plunge pool looking over the beautiful conservation. The plunge pool is perfect to cool down with Florida sunny days, keeping the kids busy, or relax after the parks. Walk upstairs to your main bedroom (king bed & big TV) with a big primary bathroom and huge walk-in closet looking over the conservation. Next, you have a loft great for the kids to watch movies and play. Lastly, You have a cozy twin bedroom (2 twin beds) fun for the kids and adults. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.* *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
