Extremely dirty

When my friends and I walked the person had left towels, socks, underwear, garbage and clothes everywhere. As the owner was showing us the house he was picking all of it up. Floor was dirty very obviously not even swept. Was also not informed that the tenant living downstairs would come up to the part of the house I was renting and would use the kitchen and come up during multiple times of the day. Owner of the house also walked in at 7am without any say, did not let me or my friends know or anything.
