Close to all needed amenities and only 5 mins drive to the beach and 20 -25 mins to Perth CBD. Joondalup is located approx 12 - 15 minutes drive away.Private fenced small back yard. Parking at door. Easy walk to Woolworths supermarket ,tavern and a variety of small shops.

Maison familiale avec super situation

Maison à 2km de la mer, de l autouroute, des garesd Edgewater et de Whitfords.. Ecoles à proximité et accessibles à vélo et à pied. Cette maison est confortable pour 5 personnes et très équipée. La literie est top dans les 3 chambresAu calle, elle dispose d un jardin très agréable. Le quartier est familial et très tranquille. La propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication facile et rapide. On recommande !

I have been offering short term accommodation for many years, but had a break for 2 years, mainly because of the impact Covid was having on travellers.
My previous reviews have been wiped because I have not been advertising for a few years.
My reviews were always very good usually 4-5 stars I do my very best to make guests happy and comfortable at a budget price.
Since reopening my calendar is full until mid April 2023 with guests from many different places booked thru many different sites.
