Breezy beach villa with garden located within the heart of Scarborough, walking distance to beaches, cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. This airy yet cosy space is a great spot to base yourself for a summer holiday or anytime of year.

The space features a small front garden and rear courtyard for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster, kettle and of course... coffee! A Nespresso coffee machine is provided.

Amenities :
- Driveway/visitors parking, linen & beach towels, Smart TV (BYO netflix login), Reverse Cycle Airconditioning / Heating located in living room, full kitchen facilities, Nespresso Machine, Washing Machine, Iron. Tea, coffee, milk & basic cooking supplies provided.

At this time unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets, but you can enquire and we may be open to negotiate.

Please note, whilst we welcome children, the sleeping arrangements offer 2 queen size beds - please book at your own discretion.

The space is suited to a maximum of 4 guests.

Definitely recommend

Location is wonderful. Parking is a little tight though. The host did everything right even though there were hiccups in the billing by stayz/vrbo. The place was super clean. It had everything provided as far as amenities for our stay and delivered on its promise.

Great tidy and very well equipped

Great tidy and very well equipped villa. Everything was lovely and the villa was well located 5 min. walk from beach and shops/bars. My only recommendation would be to add a couple of mirrors in the bedrooms and move the TV so it was easily viewed from the lounge. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our trip that didn’t go to plan

Our first ever trip to Perth was one we were really looking forward to! Unfortunately while here our daughter had to go to hospital and had surgery. The Hosts were so kind and offered us another night stay for free if we needed. Breezy Beach Villa is beautiful, would recommend staying here.

The property was exactly as described. Walk to beach was an easy walk, was the perfect place for our stay. Complex was quiet, hope to stay there next visit.
