You will be so comfortable and very well equipped at this oasis near Scarborough Beach.
For those who would like a space all to themselves ..
Quiet, secure & very private...

This apartment opens up to a private & secure garden courtyard and comes with everything to make your stay the most welcoming & comfortable as possible.
Loads of new items, brand new furniture in the apartment.
There is also a chaise lounge that may accommodate an extra child or adult for a 3 person stay.
Mattress protector supplied, please request extra linen and we can supply.
Please select 3 guests when booking, please note there is 1 BEDROOM only..

Apartment is neat and clean with all the extras to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of fans for cooling are provided sorry no aircon but the apartment stays nice and cool if you keep it closed during the day

Please take care when reading this listing for a 2 bedroom unit. There is only one bedroom. The second sleeping space is the couch in the living room. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

She was so comfortable

It was a wonderful stay. The property was a little unclean with pet hair and dusty but once we cleaned it up everything was great. My grand mother stayed and referred to the back area as her 'Paradise'.

The accommodation was as described, clean and tidy, comfortable. A couple of settling in problems which the Owner dealt with straight away, (one fan didn't work and wifi code was incorrect.) Very convenient for the beach and local shops. Had car parking space

Perth Adventure

We had a great time in the magnificant city of Perth, perfect weather a bit hot but we soon became acclimatised. The host has a wonderful cute place that we were happy enough. On some days we absolutely melted from the heat as there was no airconditioning, but the electric fans worked enough to help us sleep. Overall a wonderful experience and we now know what we're in for next time we visit. Recommend for single parents with kids.

Neighbour to the rescue!!

Late notification of key code change meant we couldn’t access property luckily neighbour had spare key Wi-Fi failed and was offline for 11 days luckily neighbour let us use his Wi-Fi No communication or apology from owner during our stay, not impressed!

Disappointing

As soon as I entered the Unit I could smell dog odour. We had white dog hair on black coats, navy jumpers, navy pants. The couch needs a deep clean. I sprayed Frebreeze which had little effect. I tried to contact the host but after 3 tries i didnt get a reply. I left y contact details to discuss the issue but havent been contacted. A disappointing stay

Centrally located short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, The apartment had everything you need with a lovely courtyard. I was there 10 nights and was very comfortable.

Lovely unit with private courtyard.

This is a lovely, well equipped unit. The bed is super comfortable and the furnishings made it a nice place to relax. The courtyard is very private and was like an extra room, much of it being covered by a solid roof. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. Lee-Anne was absolutely brilliant, giving full details of access and other information about my stay. All communication was responded to very quickly. I very much enjoyed my stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed ou stay at Scarborough Garden Apartment. It was perfect for our min-holiday and theatre stay in Perth area. The apartment was clean, tidy and well-stocked with tea, coffee, milk and pantry basics to allow a great start to the weekend. Such a lovely comfortable bed and sofa. Cool shady courtyard. Our hostess was very helpful and patient with our queries and enquiries... couldn't fault her dealings with us! So pleased we found Scarborough Garden apartment. Have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for clean, comfortable and well-managed accomodation. Thank you to our new-found friend.
