Property was good although lots of construction going on at the back and building materials laying around at the front and side of driveway. All the taps/shower leaks and mould is seen in the bathrooms. We opened the drawers and cupboards next to the kitchen table and was disgusted by the amount of mouse poo on bedding inside these. No washing powder available.
The house itself could be an excellent b and b with a little bit more TLC

Knock it down
Property is a building site, rooms not set up like advertised and extemely overpriced for what it is. Were missing the top of the bunk bed so short a bed. Shower horrid. Builders toilet in the front yard.
Can only assume the house will be demolished when the building behind is completed.

Not as in photos
There was a construction site 3 foot from the back door, which you were not aloud out of, port a loo in the front yard, back verandah door boarded up and banging in the wind, front door lock not fitted properly and banging in the wind when locked, wall were dirty though out the house , oven was dirty, bits of old cheese in the oven. kitchen blind not working , stuck down with cord wrapped around the top. Different lounge in the photos, the lounge there was a 2 seat old vynal lounge which was falling apart, cords on floor in the lounge room which affected the tv when you leaned over on the lounge, not aloud to use the heater in the photos, were directed by a note to use the air conditioners for heat,, very slippery tiles on the front verandah when wet, which was not ideal for my wife on crutches, some of the cutlery and plates and bowls were not washed properly when put away,

Visit to Fremantle
We enjoyed our few days at this property, to explore Fremantle and Perth. The interior of the home was great, loved the kitchen and bath. A busy street but did not notice the noise. Close to Fremantle and also a short walk to shops. A few extra small iems would have been a great addition ( eg a dustpan and brush, second teatowel, and a few more kitchen utensils)
