Five minutes' walk from the Fremantle markets and the South Terrace cappuccino strip, Arundel Street is within easy reach of Fremantle and South Fremantle areas. The beach and parks are within easy walking distance and cafes and other shops are around the corner.
The whole townhouse and private courtyard are yours to enjoy. Please make yourself at home! There is a private entrance with lockbox. Parking is located at the side of the property. We ask that you pull your car in to the end of the space to allow the neighbour to get out from her property. Detailed instructions will be sent with arrival information email.
* Open plan living and dining area downstairs with high ceilings and large doors opening out onto the rear courtyard. Large Fan for the summer months and a gas heater for the winter months provided. Magnificant 100 Year Old Olive trees provide shade. * Outdoor table setting and BBQ allowing for alfresco dining * Parking space is quite narrow and suitable for small to medium sized vehicles. Street parking available free for 2 hour blocks and from 6pm until 8am * Light and airy capturing the "Fremantle Doctor" afternoon sea breeze * Upstairs consists of large mezzanine area with queen bed and separate bathroom. Ceiling fans are in both Bedrooms. An Air Conditioning unit is in the first bedroom that heats and cools. * Bedroom 1 can be shut off from mezzanine (Bedroom 2) allowing for privacy and is air-conditioned with a single bed and a double bed. * Late Check outs or early check ins can be arranged if we don't have guests arriving or leaving. Just ask! * We use only environmentally safe cleaning products and encourage recycling to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment........
Buses at the end of the street, including the free CAT bus, and train station within walking distance.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything needed for a short stay was provided and in a great location
Great location. Had problems with incorrect code but manager sorted very quickly Prob needs a little update on instructions as clearly stated not to log in with our own Netflix but were unable to use theirs
The location and house are both wonderful, a short stroll to a street full of epic food and drinks. The house is well equipped with everything, and very aesthetically pleasing. Had same issue as a previous booker with NETFLIX.
Payment was an issue for me as the owners wouldn't do an on line credit card and in this day and age reading your credit card over the phone to someone just seems super dodgy! But it wasn't, Nicole, the property manager is great. However this also seems to be causing an issue getting the bond back as its been 2 weeks since we left and still haven't got it back even though they say it has been released. Hopefully the owners change this, or it needs to be specified in the listing as it was quite stressful leading into our holiday! (and I've given up hope of seeing the bond back)
If they change the payment, I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
