Quick trip

The area where the home is located is low traffic, and very clean and comfortable. Its an easy commute to grocery stores, CVS pharmacy, restaurants. Will keep this one on the list to book on our next trip to the area.

Great little house!

We loved our stay. Only downfall was it being pet friendly so my allergies we bad due to pets being there prior but we loved the place. Lots of space for being small. Plenty cookware and utensils. Property was beautiful and quiet.

It was very delightful and quiet. Everyone that we did happened to see or meet were very nice. The place is definitely a good stay for 2 people and the max would be 4. Our trip was for a week and had all the essentials we needed. So close to restaurants and gas stations and convenient stores . So when you decide to travel just remember this place you won’t be unhappy at all.

Pearl of a place to stay!

This home has friendly neighbors, kept up properties, and a walkable neighborhood with a great Space Center launch viewing spot. Shell house feels very spacious inside for it’s size, has ample great amenities, has plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, and the home layout is intuitive. Beth was absolutely fantastic on communications and follow through. Even with small blips on scheduling and arriving, Beth provided instant feedback and problem solving. Have stayed many places and this one is definitely on the list for a return visit.

Home Away From Home

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place than the Shell House nor a more gracious hostess than Beth. We unpacked our bags and settled right in. The property is completely appointed with everything. The furniture is SUPER comfy. The golf course community offers lots of activities and is close enough to Cape Canaveral that we were able to see two rocket launches just by going outside. The couple questions we had, Beth was able to address and solve right away. Inviting, relaxing, home away from home. Thanks, Beth, for sharing the Shell House.

14 Day She'll House stay

The house has large room's with high ceilings, modern appliances, big walk in shower and a nice sun porch with a nice propane grill. All dishes, utensils, towels, linens are provided. Also there's a large concrete driveway. Beautiful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Gas stations, pharmacy, grocery stores beaches nearby. Also can see the rocket launch from this house or go to the beach to see the launch. This home's owner went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit, Beth was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. The house has a very nice floor plan that makes the space feel very spacious. Full size appliances that are modern and clean.The gated community is very well maintained and built around a 9-hole executive golf course. The community pool is a good size and is maintained at a very inviting temperature. Very pet friendly neighborhood.The highlights of the area for me were Canaveral National Seashore with its wonderful sandy beaches. There are typically rocket launches serval times a week, so it is easy to take one in. An added bonus with some launches is watching the booster come back to earth and land at the Space Center.I've already booked a return stay...so much to see and do!Thanks Beth. You're the best!

Very nice 1 bedroom house comfortable bed, modern appliances, washer and dryer in the house so didn't need to go to the laundromat. All linens were included. Had access to the clubhouse and pool. They're is a golf course surrounding the gated community that this house resides in. Beautiful neighborhood. Good place for a couple to stay. Beaches are about 20 minute drive. I would come back to this place. Our host Beth was awesome.
