Extremely disappointing experience

Our stay in this unit and also the experince with VRBO were totally nightmare. The a/c didn’t work, making the unit unbearably hot. The promised amenities on the ad for the unit were nonexistent. Also the communication with the host and VRBO for addressing our concerns was unhelpful. Will never forget this bad experience. Recommend considering other options!!!
