Luxury villa on the beach!

Located on a white sand beach with calm swimming waters and a reef nearby. Paradise Point Escape is a luxury villa, a 5-minute drive from Port Vila. It has an outdoor swimming pool, tropical gardens, pool fencing for child safety and a grassed play area, and free WiFi.

This modern, self-contained 4-bedroom house offers unobstructed views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Two of the bedrooms open onto separate terraces. A large indoor open plan living room leads to a covered outdoor entertaining area with ocean views. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a smart TV, Netflix and DVD player.

Guests can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking, with our three kayaks. Airport transfers and baby sitting services can be arranged.

We rent a Hyundai Santa Fe 7-seater 4WD Diesel with insurance for AU$90 per day. For booking, please inquire. The rental car can be at the airport on your arrival. For our fantastic guest reviews, see Airbnb.

The house was everything we hoped for, right on a small beach and felt so private. The staff looked after us well and Jesly the gardener in particular. He entertained us with his stories and nothing was too much trouble. We were a three generation family and every one of us would recommend this holiday home, a real home away from home! Thank you

Located in a secure and private gated community. A perfect base for couples, families, friends and groups for your next tropical island getaway. Only minutes from the restaurants, activities and amenities of Port Vila. A private swimming pool with child-safety fence installed, outdoor dining area and BBQ, well equipped kitchen, smart TV with Netflix. The property is large, spacious and an entertainers delight!. The bedroom configuration is: Room 1: King bed (large room); Room 2: Queen bed and Bunkbeds (2 x single) (large room) (sorry these bunkbeds are not visible in the photos); Room 3: Queen bed (medium size room); Room 4: Bunkbeds (2 x single) (single size room, downstairs). A cot may be available for child/infant on request. The property has three air conditioning units, one in the lounge downstairs, and two upstairs located in the two larger bedrooms. There are three kayaks (2 doubles, 1 single) and snorkeling equipment.
