Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and overall ambiance was superb. The backyard and pool sensational. The interior of the home, although well laid out, is in need of an upgrade. The living room furniture and area rugs throughout are well worn. The outside property grounds including pool was kept clean. The property mgt company was responsive and friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, lovely cottage in Casa Marina, a beautiful location in Key West. Wendy's rental team was wonderful throughout--booking/reservation process, check in/out, property manager, housekeeping, pool service, and landscapers, and support services (plumber, HVAC). We were particularly impressed with the prompt response to and resolution of any maintenance issues. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. It should be noted, however, that there is no full sized oven, only a small toaster/convection oven on the kitchen counter, and no front porch furniture. It is our understanding that there are plans for renovation/addition to the property in the future.
