Upstairs the open plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for entertaining. Open the bi-fold doors out to the balcony with outdoor setting and umbrella. Living room includes large flat screen TV and open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things needed in your home away from home.
There is a modern bathroom upstairs offering bath plus a separate powder room, along with 2 bedrooms. Downstairs consists of 3 additional bedrooms, another modern bathroom and laundry with washing machine plus dryer. Also, downstairs is the kids' haven, comprising a lounge room with flat screen TV, table tennis table and bi-fold doors that open to another decked entertaining area.
Outside there is a BBQ, outdoor setting and large grassed area with room for kids to play. With plenty of parking space in the round driveway. Do not miss out on this fantastic property for your next holiday.
