Door codes are programmed to activate at check-in and deactivate at check-out times, unless alternate arrangements have been made with the Front Office.







PAYMENTS: 



Payment is accepted by credit card only. Reservations are not considered paid until all funds are successfully collected.

50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  

All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 

The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 



If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that site's terms and conditions.







Cancellation Policy





Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Please note: Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, including the garage, in all Ptarmigan Village–managed properties. Any evidence of smoking/vaping may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement (no refund) and a $300 minimum, possibly more.

Fantastic Location for Getting to the Slopes!

This property worked excellently for our ski trip to Whitefish! Everything was clean, comfortable, and was the perfect size for me and my wife. Can't say that I would recommend three adults use this condo given its smaller size, but two adults and a kid or two would work ok. Parking was never an issue, and the proximity to the lift was great! We stayed during a snow storm and property management did a good job keeping the walkways and roads clear given how quickly the snow was falling. Would definitely stay here again for our next Whitefish ski trip!

Everything was exactly as described. Late check in was seamless, the pool was fantastic, and the hot tub even better. As special thanks to Wes who shuttled us to and from the ski hill. Great guy. I was out of cash, but they guy deserved a nice tip. Next time for sure, Wes. Maybe we'll come see you this summer.

Heater/AC is brutal

Everything about this condo was amazing except the heater/ac unit. When it is on it sounds like a hissing machine which is impossible to sleep to if you are a light sleeper. Once i figured out how to turn it off I could never figure out how to turn it back on. It is like you need a special course in the instructions of how to use it. Not intuitive at all and I did not have heat in the condo the entire time. It was pretty frustrating and for rental situations like this these things need to be simple.

Welcome to Ptarmigan Village. we are a private HOA community located on 52 forested acres of land on big mountain. water and sewer are provided for and managed on site. The amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and wet sauna. Elmer’s pond is a small pond we stock with fish every summer for the kiddos to practice their angler skills. There are hiking trails throughout the village as well as two tennis/pickleball courts. our owners and guests also have private access to beachfront and dock on whitefish lake.
