House is securely fenced with electronic gates and has off street parking for 5+ cars.

Enter house from stairs at front.
Stairs take you to large front balcony which features solar heated swimming pool + spa, outdoor bar + stools, couches + chairs, 5 burner Bbq and outdoor dining table.
