The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with plenty of room for two families with kids! The bedrooms were very roomy with large, comfortable beds, and the views were amazing throughout the day. The temperature inside stayed perfect, the kitchen was an absolute dream, and the TVs had everything toddlers, teenagers, and adults could want!The house was nearly perfect, with just a couple of small things that could make an already wonderful stay even better. We did notice a lingering cigarette smoke smell, particularly on the bottom floor. As a family of nonsmokers, it was a little more noticeable to us, and some of our belongings carried the smell home. We also encountered a few more ants and spiders than we would have liked. We completely understand that comes with staying in such a beautiful wooded setting, but a little extra pest control might help, especially since the ants seemed to take a liking to our toiletries one day!That being said, I would 100% stay here again! It truly was the perfect house for our first trip to Ruidoso. Close enough to town for convenience, but far enough away to feel like we were tucked away in the mountains. The space, incredible views, and overall comfort made it such a wonderful getaway for our families. We made great memories here and would happily return!

Beautiful cabin!

We love this cabin! This is our second stay in this cabin. It has the best views, very accommodating, clean, nice rooms/beds, overall a beautiful cabin! Can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous property - perfect for our yearly family Ruidoso trip. Home has everything we needed, including baby gates at stairs! Thank you to the owners - this was our second time to stay there. Loved it!

Very nice cabin

Very beautiful and spacious cabin! All rooms have plenty of space, full bathroom in each room. This is perfect for large groups to enjoy, it has a three story layout. Very clean throughout, Would recommend 100%.

Perfect family home

We used this location as a meeting point to celebrate Thanksgiving with our parents. The house was very clear and cozy, and the Christmas decorations through out the house made it feel so festival.

Best stay in Ruidoso

I don't have anything negative to say about my stay, it was that good. Great cabin for large groups. Clean well kept home. The kid friendly touches such as safety gate for the stairs, and sippy cups was very helpful. Perfect location with beautiful views!

Beautiful Getaway

We visited with our 3 teens for their Spring Break. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The decks are amazing with a beautiful view of Sierra Blanca. We saw a couple elk and quite a few deer while at the house. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ruidoso again.

Family Christmas

Beatiful views. Lots of space to spread out. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub. Had snow and even had a family of deer stop by for a visit.

Home away from Home

Planned a family trip for the weekend and this was the perfect home for everyone to have their own space and still have our time together. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and plenty of towels for everyone. Only complaint was someone smoked in the home prior to our arrival.

Best cabin ever

This cabin had everything we needed. It was very roomy. There was enough space for us all plus more. The fireplace inside was so nice. The only issue was the chain in the guest bathroom keep detaching. Other then that the stay was perfect. I would love to book again in the future.

Great View and layout for our family

Nice Home all around. Tons of Back Patios to choose from. Good shade in the AM on one side and Sun on the other. Loved drinking my coffee and viewing Sierra Blanca. Good location to get around town and higher elevation to get a wonderful view. You feel very secluded, even though you are in town. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic House!

This was by far the best house that we have stayed at in Ruidoso out of the 6 years we’ve been visiting, usually a couple times a year. Super spacious and an amazing view of the snow covered mountains from all of the 3 levels. 9 of us had more room than we needed. All 5 kids took over the bottom floor with two bedrooms and open area with day bed and then both couples had the main floor & top floor suites. We never felt crowded or like it was too loud with so many people. The one and only thing that could use some change is the top floor shower. The pressure is so poor that the shower has a hard time staying on and not switching back to bath or the handheld shower head. It also does not get hot- only warmish. I know pressure is not an easy fix but maybe a different shower head and one of the smaller water heaters for that level? Other than that small blip- this house was incredible and we will definitely choose again next season!

Amazing Trip

We loved this house. We had 10 people (6 adults, 4 kids age ranges 1-9). The house was very spacious. There were built in safety doors at both staircases, easy to do and undo, making us feel comfortable leaving the kids playing on the main floor.The view is great. The patios are fantastic.
