Perfect getaway for a long weekend, Debbie was a great host, called me and checked on us and was always ready to answer our questions. Nice n Quite lil retreat.

Comfortable stay

Everything was there that was needed. Very clean and the owner is very pleasant to work with. I had to stash a large fishing kayak and the back deck was perfect to wheel up to and store it. I was there for a week and it was a comfortable stay.

Couple's weekend get away

Our host was so welcoming and kind. She felt like an old friend. The property was perfect for just my husband and I. I can see that this would be the perfect rental for fishermen. The back porch is perfect for dinner, the amenities were exactly as advertised and it was easier to find than we thought. We chose this destination to attend an event in Tally. But we found that this region is full of history and mystery. It's beautiful. we found a hidden spring and one that we could recreate at. This place can keep you real busy! I highly recommend, especially if you're an adventurer.

I purchased these properties in 2004. I wanted a quick vacation getaway for me and my children, and now it's for my children and their families. I have really enjoyed becoming a vacation host to also give you and your families the same experience.

Why they chose this property

This property offers privacy and enough space and amenities that hotels don't offer. This property has a nice back deck with a large picnic table, and a large grill for outdoor enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

Near the Lanark boat landing and 4 miles from great seasonal restaurants and shops to enjoy. Driving to nearby beaches and just relaxing in a much slower paced beach environment.
