Drink coffee on the shared deck or dock overlooking the river.The property sleeps 2 comfortably. It is 264sq ft which includes the full bath area.Our guests like to book this cottage in addition to the main house right beside it (sleeps 6)!If you wish to rent both units at Bone Bluff, the total nightly price is discounted by $25. Please let us know if you wish to do so and we will provide more details! We have a brand-new aluminum dock with a swim ladder andunderwater lights for night fishing. It is the perfect place to go fishing with your kids, or with your buddies! The public boat launch is nearby at Woodlake Recreation Area. You canlaunch your boatand bring it around to the dock, right in the backyard for the duration of your stay. The homeis located on a bend in theOchlockonee River with a small island across from us. And we have a large concrete pad for parking the boat trailer. This property shares the same WIFI as the main house beside it, we have added antennas and boosters, but servicecan be spotty sometimes. All pillows, linens, towels, and cozy throw blankets are provided. The kitchen is supplied with dishware, utensils, a coffee maker, a convection microwave, and a MINI fridge. You have shared use of the large outdoor grill. PLEASE NOTE, THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE SMALL STUDIO COTTAGE ONLY. THE MAIN HOUSE RENTS SEPARATELY AND IT MAY OR MAY NOT BE OCCUPIED DURING YOUR STAY. Dear guests, This is Florida - bugs are prone to being around us, when it's hot they come in, when it's cold they come in and when you are out they like to be around you. Please be prepared with your preferred bug repellent.we provide pest control for the propertybut it is still Florida. We also have snakes, alligators, and bears, as well as deer, rabbits, raccoons, otters, and all manner of birds. Please don't feed or interact with the wildlife but enjoy them in their natural habitat! Damage Deposit Policy: A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is due 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after departure

The advertised property looked amazing. The reality is even better. We had the most relaxing and serene time at this property. It provided everything we can possible need for a comfortable stay. we would certainly return when we need to reboot. We loved it.

The cottage was a converted garage. A hotel room would be bigger. There was no internet or TV. Overall it sucked.

The Cottage would be lovely for "overflow" from the main Osprey House, but isn't really equipped as a multi-day "stand-alone" rental, unless to plan to dine out for every meal. (No forks, no dishwashing linens, no way to light the outdoor grill, one very small trash can... Minor things if your main party is staying in the Osprey House.)
