Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put furniture back where you found it
Close all windows and shades
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Owners closet is off limits. If guests are found breaking into the closet a $300 fee will be charged to their account.
No smoking of any kind inside the house. A $300 cleaning fee will be added if smoking is detected!!
Please do not leave your dog unattended in the home unless they are crated.

We came for Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was adequate to prepare our dinner(with a few improvizations.) We enjoyed the firepit and walking distance to the beach. The very nice TV provided evening entertainment. The bedrooms were nice. We had understood there was a second half bath which we never found.

Adorable and very clean. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the fish jump at night. When it’s dark they sound HUGE. The neighbors were all friendly but not all up in our business. It felt very private and quiet and restorative. Exactly what we needed.

This place is a hidden gem. The beaches were great and just a short drive away. The blue crabs were plentiful in the lagoon and we were able to catch plenty for a large crab dinner. We loved seeing all of the wildlife (even the black bear that snuck up on me). 10/10 would recommend visiting Alligator Point!

This little gem was absolutely what we were looking for for our off-season getaway. The yard and the house itself were beautiful, clean, and cozy. You should be aware that the location is quite a drive from many conveniences. We were prepared for that going in, and it ended up being one of the reasons we loved it so much. It feels secluded, which was amazing. Our big item was the ability to bring our pups with us. Tina was very easy to work with on that and the dogs had a great time at the beach because of it. Overall we would highly recommend.

Nice retreat

The property was clean and very nice. You can sit on the balcony and hear the ocean waves crashing! We had the plan a short trip quickly and the process was very easy. The owners were super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful Island Retreat with Beautiful Views

My husband and I stayed here during a work trip, and it was a lovely experience. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with just a short walk to the beach. Since you're on an island, the beach isn’t overly crowded, which adds to the relaxation. I highly recommend visiting St. Marks Lighthouse while you're here—it’s one of the most picturesque landscapes we’ve ever seen.The house was clean and stocked with the basic essentials for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. If you're a fan of collecting treasures from the shore, there aren’t many shells, but you can find broken coral and the occasional sand dollar. The yard is decent, though the dock was in need of repair during our stay, so we weren’t able to walk out on it. However, the house backs right up to the water, offering a beautiful and serene view. Overall, it’s a great place for a quiet getaway with stunning natural beauty.

We even named our business after our two rescue Labradors, who love chasing ghost crabs and taking long walks up the beach. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax, and unwind.
