Great location and beautiful place. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had the opportunity to extend our stay by one night and they were able to accommodate us quickly for a very reasonable price.

Property, location and value were all 5 stars. The management company was inflexible with check-in and check-out times, which was surprising as it was off-season. There were 2 maintenance issues upon arrival, however those were addressed by a very professional maintenance person within 24 hours of logging the issues. The responses to questions seemed to be system-generated.

We were very comfortable here. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of pots and pans and utensils, even some extra spices. The location was very nice next to the walking path with the creek, it was also walking distance to the pool. We would definitely come back to this one.

The place was better than we expected. It was clean and well stocked. Nice traveling with our dog. We will book again. Would like to have a more complete mattress in the master but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

We had high hopes based on reviews but the property fell short of our expectations. The house was comfortable and well stocked however it had not been properly cleaned. We arrived to find the main bathroom faucets to both have toothpaste on them and the countertop was not clean. The leather couch had remnants of a previous spill on it along with multiple cobwebs in the living room. Upon checking out I passed along the pictures of how we found the home on arrival and was passively told “sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue and that it would be passed along to the housekeeping team”. This was unsatisfactory. Because guests pay a cleaning fee, there is a reasonable expectation to arrive at a properly cleaned property. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Lovely Getaway

This is a great house. It was mostly clean, (patio needs attention) but very cozy overall. It was a really nice place for dogs since getting them to the lawn was easy and the patio had good, protective railing. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. We'd stay again!

Visit Central Oregon

It is a very nice property that has been cared for inside and out. The patio has a wide view of Whispering Creek that runs in front of this home and the inside is well appointed.
