Gulf access 2 beds/2baths cottage/duplex with private pool and boat dock with Gulf access. Rent a boat during your stay and you're minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Sanibel and Captiva, as well as Florida's amazing wildlife.

Beautiful waterfront cottage/duplex with a private dock overlooking three intersecting canals in the heart of Cape Coral. Two spacious bedrooms, full kitchen and enclosed lanai overlooking the pool and canals. Conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac and within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment venues including the famous Monkey Bar and also Annie's for great breakfasts and lunches in a relaxed setting. Nearby are “The Lobster Lady” and “Rumrunners” for more elegant dining. Boat rentals are also available where you can visit the world's most beautiful beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Island. If you are a golfer there are several golf courses in the area.

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living areas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom #1 has a King size bed and bedroom # 2 has two Queen size beds. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. One bathroom has a double vanity and one has the single vanity.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

There's a large, glassed in and airconditioned patio with comfortable seating. Large sliding doors provides a great view of the fish jumping in the canal, people enjoying boat rides, dolphins, your private pool and the waterways. A great place to enjoy dinner and a drink.

The lanai/deck area is totally private and has a spacious heated pool and a BBQ gas grill.

The villa offers WIFI so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop.

Great view

This home is close to downtown and right smack on a canal. We watched the boats go by while chilling in the pool. Went fishing right off our dock ( caught some catfish). One day a family of manatee came right up to our dock and stayed for an hour or so. Really sweet neighbors next door. We had a great time.
