Welcome to a fully furnished, pet-friendly cottage - ideal for long stays and workers accommodation. This 3-bedroom cottage is strategically located for convenience, offering access to a tranquil walking track around Kalora Lake and easy access to local shops.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- Air conditioning in 2 x bedrooms only, plus living room
- PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the Comments section.

Inside, enjoy a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a SMART TV, three generously sized Queen bedrooms, a large functional kitchen, and two bathrooms. The laundry, equipped with a top-loader washing machine, ensures practicality.

Stay connected with included Wi-Fi and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms only. Outside, the backyard, fully fenced for privacy, features a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. Explore the nearby Whiting and Turners Beach, just a 10-minute drive away, or choose from Yamba`s array of beautiful beaches. Yamba`s main street, with its gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants, is also within a convenient 10-minute drive.

The White House

Very white and sparsely decorated, but with adequate facilities. Rear unit behind a dentist. Close to supermarket and coffee shop suited us. Linen not included but easy to hire from Yamba laundry.

Clean and spacious but a little too far out from town

Great space and layout inside but too far to walk/ride to the beach or main town centre. Located at the back of a dental practice but plenty of parking for tenants. Bring your own hairdryer. Couch was pretty stained and one bedroom needs blinds on the glass as it gets really bright in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. Thanks

Recuperation break

The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.
