Located in easy walking distance to Fisherman's Beach, this is a classic 60's beach house. A great opportunity to enjoy indoor/outdoor living with full length north facing windows providing an abundance of light and doors opening onto a shaded deck area for relaxing or entertaining. This property is fully fitted with all the basic requirements for self contained living including wifi, washer and dryer and full kitchen. Pets welcome. Split system air con in main living. Sleeping up to 7 guests with:
Bedroom 1 = Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 = Double Bed
Bedroom 3 = 1 x Bunk Single Beds 1 x Trundle bed (three single beds in total)
Sunroom = 1 x Sofa Bed

Available all year round for family holiday enjoyment.
