Please note; The quote provided is on the basis of 6 guests only, any guest above 6 staying at the property is charged $50 per person, per night.
This needs to be disclosed at the time of booking, so that the additional payment can be added onto your booking and paid for. If booked for 6 guests only, the house will be made up for 6 guests only.

The heart of your stay will surely be spent swimming in the pool in Summer, sitting by the fire-pit in Winter, having a picnic by the water or to simply sit back with a glass of wine to relax and take in the view.

During the day, explore the wonders of nature surrounding your holiday home, knowing that a cozy evening awaits. Unwind in style, cocooned by the warmth of the fire-pit, toasting marshmallows with loved ones creating memories that will linger long after your stay.

Upstairs you will find a open plan living area and a gourmet Hampton style kitchen, lounge room & dining area. Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay, including induction cook top, oven, Nespresso Creatista Plus Coffee Machine and dishwasher, The kitchen and living area flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up the views of the backyard.

Downstairs comprises the remaining 2 bedrooms, bathroom & laundry combined and second living space which opens onto the backyard and alfresco area.

BB's Lake house is truly is a home away from home, a place where you can spend a couple of nights or even a week or two.

Other features include: flat screen TVs with Foxtel, Netflix & Stan connected, Wifi access available for guests, full laundry facilities with washing machine, ceiling fans, comfy lounges, gas heaters, two outdoor dining options to choose from and off street parking.

Bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience however pool/beach towels are BYO

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
