Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage, and there is parking in driveway for additional vehicle. STR License #005098

Great Place to Stay

We greatly enjoyed your time at this location. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location is within great walking distance of many key areas near Fraser and Winter Park. I love that it is near a bus stop so that we don't have to drive to the resort to ski. I highly recommend this spot!

Home was tidy, clean and well stocked. Directions were clear and easy rules to follow. We had one small issue with a Keurig coffee machine and it was fixed asap! Would 100% stay here again.

It was a good stay. Unit is nice but ultimately Not worth the price, And would not consider this unit a “luxury” unit. Beds are not comfortable- hot tub has seen far better days. But I give it 4 stars as it was a nice place & in a good location.

Fantastic Fraser Stay

Great Home with Wonderful Ammenities

We had a great time at this home during our summer vacation. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also enjoyed a nice day trip to Grand Lake to play at the beach, while later fishing in the nearby ponds and rivers. The house had all of the amenities we needed for relaxing evenings as a family. If you need a place to stay, look no further. We highly recommend this home.

We Highly Recommend This Home

We had a great time skiing during spring break and staying at this home. The location was only a few minutes away from the resort and it was easy to catch the bus to the local restaurants. After a long day of skiing, we slept great on the comfortable beds and relaxed in the hot tub. We look forward to coming back next year!

High end condo with great views, 10' ceilings, and a hot tub. Great location near restaurants and grocery. Our family had a great time and loved the amenities. Communication was easy and all electronic. Would love to go back tomorrow and stay longer.

Great Experience Near the Outdoors

My family and I had a blast at this home. We were close enough to the mountains to where we could take the bus and go skiing (my first time). I also loved going to the recreation center for all of their great activities and loved the pool. I had a blast and am excited to go back in the future!

What wonderful accommodations!! Our family enjoyed the beautiful inside of the complex. Plenty of room with all of the furnishings needed. The outdoor hot tub was perfect as well as the grill and patio on the below deck. Entertainment for the kids was plentiful with board games and an arcade setup. Can't wait to get back!

This condo was awesome! It was very clean, which I'm extremely particular about. We have rented vacation condos once or twice a year for 20+ years and this by far was the best experience we've ever had. 2 living spaces, all the extras you'd need, and a huge hot tub...all made our stay the best ever. We will definitely be returning!

The villa had everything we needed for our stay and it was close to the resort. There isn’t any AC, so we had to keep the windows open to stay comfortable most of the time, which can get loud. We enjoyed it!

Fantastic Stay with the Family

We had a fantastic time with our young family! We were able to go skiing at the resort, swim at the rec center, play outside in the snowy backyard, and sled down a toddler sized hill. The home has a lot of amenities and accommodations for young kids (plastic-ware, high chair, stair gates, pack-n-play, etc). We really enjoyed the view while sitting in the hot-tub as well. We had a wonderful time and will be back in the future!
