DOCK & WATER GEAR NOTICE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the canal front setting, but please note there is no ladder or steps on the dock. This means getting a paddleboard or other gear up from the water onto the dock can be challenging and may require good balance and strength. Most of the time the canal is calm for paddling, with occasional boat traffic passing through. Paddleboarding or using any watercraft from the dock is strictly at your own risk, and the owner/management cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

• Located on Palm Heights Drive in the Snug Harbour area, in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor.
• The world famous Seven Mile Beach is roughly a 15 minute walk or about a 5 minute drive away (depending on traffic and exact beach access point).

We loved it at Snug Harbor. The host Don and property management Betty Ann are absolute the best. There is a beautiful screened in porch and the house is a quick drive to beautiful beaches.

Beautiful condo with easy access to Georgetown beaches and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet (upstairs) unit, perfect for our family of 3. Having access to washer and dryer is always a bonus. On site parking, having beach towels and beach chairs provided was very nice. Shelly (our property contact) was very friendly, and checked on us each day!

The unit was nice and simple. No frills, but comfortable. We loved sitting out on the screened in balcony to read, eat meals, chat and enjoy being outside. The management staff were truly lovely! Betty Ann was always quick to respond to questions, very kind, and shared helpful information. Shelley, our housekeeping friend, was also kind and helpful. Overall a nice stay.
We stayed here in unit 7 from Feb 29-March 9 2024 and the location was quiet and near so many great things including Camana Bay (shops close at 5:30) but plenty of Resturants that were all great. We rented a car and explored all parts of this lovely island. Never felt unsafe, The people on Grand Cayman are so nice!

And always ready to meet our needs very sweet lady!
Only thing we noticed was a lot of dogs barking in the neighborhood no fault of the property though !
Would stay here again for sure !
