Great location, easy access to what we needed. Plenty of space to have family over. Good size side yard which was mowed and great for my son to run around in. Place was clean but the clean towels had hair on them. Really great stay.

Charming home with lots of character! Clean, comfortable and close to lots of activities!
This was a great house for our stay when we visited our daughter. We arrived at night and the outside lights on the house were on. This helped while using the key pad to unlock the front door. We enjoyed our stay.
We needed a place while we moved our son to Carroll College. This house was perfect and met all our needs. You’d never know there was a tenant upstairs. We hope to stay here on future trips to see our son.

Honwstly, this place left a lot to be desired. And they need to update their write up about it. There is no off street parking. There is a long term tenant that lives above the VRBO.

Weekend was in the 90s and the house stayed pretty cool. Neighbor upstairs didn't even know anyone was there. Good easy to get to location.

Carroll College Graduation Weekend
Our stay was very nice. Any information we needed about getting in and leaving was provided, as was a lovely bottle of wine. It was a warm weekend but the A/C unit in the single room was more than adequate. The master bedroom was very comfortable. After our initial bump-in to the upstairs tenant, we didn't really hear from her all weekend. The construction in the back lot also was not any issue over the weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

Our Helena stay
The home was comfortable. It could a couple more night stands in the bedrooms. We ended up using the dining room chairs as night stands. Could maybe use another comfortable chair in the livingroom as we were 4 adults. The location was perfect for what we had planned to do while in Helena. Other than the busy street it was relatively a quiet neighborhood.

The tenant
It’s was mostly good with exception to the tenant upstairs who seemed to bounce a ball on the ceiling for about an hour and we think was moving furniture at all hour of the night. Aside from that it was a nice place and a pleasant stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and location was close to everything. A few misleading things you should know before booking. The listing did not mention that renters would be above and even with noise machines on at night, we could hear them. The listing also mentioned laundry would be available but did not mention that you must pay to use(coin opperated). We would stay again as it was a good place to base out of for our weekend adventures but I would have appreciated clarity in the listing regarding the renters and laundry.

The property management left us stranded and was unreachable. Total scam will never recommend. Still fighting to get my money back after having to find a hotel at 10:30 at night. With 3 kids in tow after driving 5 hours.

Fall in Helena
My husband uses a walker, so it was important to find a location with minimal stairs. Only steps were getting into the house. No handrails inside shower. We brought some that suction cup to the walls, but they would not adhere to the sides in the shower. House was clean, well-equipped kitchen, roomy and tastefully decorated. Great location to downtown Helena. There is an apartment upstairs, but never heard anyone at any time. Queen bed was comfortable, but twin was not at all! No BBQ grill.
