Cozy and oh-so-comfortable, Edelweiss Haus A102 is a two-bedroom condominium with an absolutely perfect Park City location. Located right across the street from the Park City Mountain Resort, you’ll never be more than a few steps away from some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world. And in the warmer months, a shimmering community swimming pool is perfect for an afternoon dip after a day of epic hiking, mountain biking, or golfing. With enough space to spread out, Edelweiss Haus A102 is a laid-back and inviting space that keeps your whole group comfy and close together.

The ease and convenience of Edelweiss Haus A102 begins with its first-floor location. You can park in the underground garage, and enter this comfy condo directly into the open LIVING AND DINING AREAS. In the living space, a leather sofa sits in front of the gas fireplace and large HDTV, creating an ideal spot for a glass of wine and a great movie. Sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light and lead outside to the covered PATIO.

A cafe-style dining table with seating for four sits next to the full KITCHEN. This small but well-designed space features natural wood cabinets, a peninsula bar with seating, an electric range, a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave. The countertop coffee maker will brew the perfect mug of morning coffee for your crew, and the cabinets are stocked with all of the essentials like sparkling glassware, dishes, and silverware.

Around the corner is the GUEST BEDROOM SUITE. Complete with a Queen-size bed, spacious closet, HDTV, and even a small refrigerator and microwave, this private space is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. The ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a tub/shower combo. In the PRIMARY BEDROOM, you’ll find a fun and flexible bunk room, with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed, a twin-size trundle bed, an HDTV, and patio access. Another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway.

Besides a perfect, central Park City location that’s close to the slopes and downtown, the Edelweiss Haus condo community also offers a host of extras and amenities. This particular unit is located right across the hall from the community LAUNDRY ROOM and a few steps away from the year-round, relaxing HOT TUB. In addition to the summer time SWIMMING POOL, there are also men’s and women’s SAUNAS, underground PARKING, SKI LOCKERS and a MEETING ROOM for small get-togethers. Great Experience
Location, apartment and communication were excellent. This is our second time staying at Edelweiss Haus and works wonderful for our family with small children. We hope to be back next season!

Stay was Great, Customer Service was even better
Overall, we had a great stay at Edelweiss Haus. The proximity to the resort was great, no need to drive if you don't mind a 5 minute walk. Most locations have a jacuzzi thats not working, but this jacuzzi was great! We didnt get a chance to try the sauna, but this was available too. As mentioned, stay was great, customer service was even better. We had a few small hiccups along the trip and the team was quick to resolving the issue. Most all replies were within 30 minutes or less, most were under 10 minutes. Each request was satisfied almost immediately, which was far better service than I expected. Would stay at a Moose Management spot again!

Fabulous Location, No Frills
The property itself has a wonderful location right by the mountain. A very easy walk to the base. The unit itself needs work. The secondary bedroom has paint peeling and feels dated. The bathroom is the same. There was also a used washcloth left hanging on the shower either from another guest or the cleaning service. The utensils and pots/pans all had to be thoroughly washed before using and did not appear clean. Finally, on the second to last day of our stay, someone claiming to be sent by the building management attempted to come into the unit without knocking claiming he had been called for an issue. He entered the code and proceeded to try and enter the unit. Luckily, we had the chain on the door so he could not enter. Overall, it's a fantastic location, but feels a little shabby and dated. It's worth it if that's the goal.
