The fully-furnished house boasts astounding forest-views from the two-storey living room windows and provides a full kitchen and bar with breakfast island, stainless steel appliances, spacious dining room with farmhouse dining table, expansive office area with printer/scanner, and full laundry room.

The master suite features a king-size bed, 65-inch TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower and deep soaker tub. The garden view bedroom features a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. Two forest-view bedrooms sleep two guests each and have convenient in-room sinks. A bunk room with a twin over double bunk bed sleeps three guests, and an additional king-size bed in the games room is perfect for two additional guests.

Express your musical side on the grand piano, or take advantage of our games room with a 65-inch TV, karaoke system, and immersive home theatre system. You can have your own barbecue feast on the covered back deck or snuggle up around a cosy fire pit beneath twinkling patio lights, all while enjoying the ambience of nature. Have the kids explore the private play area (adult supervision required), or take a stroll around the gardens on the acreage.

***Event Bookings***
- Please note that while we are happy to accommodate gatherings at our property such as weddings, family reunions, birthdays, etc., bookings with large gatherings planned are subject to an additional event fee. Also note that local bylaws prohibit disruptive outdoor noise/music between 10pm-7am on weekdays and 11pm-7am on weekends, so any noisy outdoor activities or music would need to be concluded before these quiet hours. Any decorations must be removed and garbage/recycling placed in designated receptacles prior to checkout.
- Event cancellation policy: if the event is cancelled up to 30 days before check-in, the event fee is fully refundable. For event cancellations 7 to 30 days before check-in, 50% of the event fee is refundable. For cancellations less than 7 days before check in, no refund of the event fee is provided.

Parking:
- Feel free to park in front of and beside garage of main house (there is space for approximately 5-6 cars). There is additional street parking outside the property gates.
- We have quiet tenants in the carriage homes on the side of the property. Please do not block access to the main gate or to carriage house doors. (Note: The main house is entirely private for guests)

For additional security purposes we have cameras monitoring the exterior of the estate.

FYI: The house is on well water and may feel a little different than city water due to the mineral composition - this water is perfectly safe to use and drink, but we’ve provided a water fountain for your convenience!

The river and forest in the back yard are home to wildlife! Please do respect their habitat and refrain from littering or tossing anything in the river. Please do not feed deer or any other wildlife that come to visit.
