About this property

Welcome to your ultimate vacation spot. This amazing location will have you relaxing within
minutes of arrival.
Our 3 bedroom waterfront home is located at the end of Sechelt’s ‘golden mile’. You can’t beat the location of this home. Nearly every window in the home has an ocean view.
Swim from the beach. Watch seals, eagles, dolphins and sometimes whales from the deck.
The Sunshine Coast offers numerous hiking trails and other natural attractions.
We are located down 35 well lit stairs. Due to this the house is not suited for people with mobility issues.
Our two level home has 2 queen bedrooms upstairs with an office in between. There is a second floor patio across the entire upper floor. You will find a king bedroom downstairs off the main living area.
There is one full bathroom with a bathtub and shower as well as a half bathroom off the main living area. An outdoor shower is open from spring until fall. We shut it down in winter to prevent any freezing.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make meals. Restaurants are also close by.
We have a natural gas BBQ as well as an outdoor fire pit that can be used year round.
You will access the house from the main highway. We have private parking for guests with camera access to ensure your vehicle is safe.
The house is located directly on the water with stairs leading to the waters edge. There is a steep retaining wall and as such, this house is not well suited for young children.
We are located a 30 minute drive from Langdale. If you have any questions regarding ferry reservations please don’t hesitate to message.

The perfect celebratory place to stay

The location of this house is stunning - water views from almost every room and plenty of space outside to sit and watch the waves roll onto the shore just below. The house was clean and plenty of room for the four of us. The host was communicative and quickly resolved a question I had regarding the rental space. Getting there is an easy drive/ferry ride from Seattle and we hope to visit again.

Family Reunion Beach Side Paradise

Incredible home to share family time with something for everyone, from lounging to wildlife viewing, beach combing, water activities, fireside chats and more! Beautifully decorated and well equipped...we wanted for nothing. And the outdoor shower was a big hit! It was perfect for our reunion in every way!

Perfect getaway!

This home and property are truly stunning and we felt instantly relaxed upon arrival. Everything is set up so nicely so you feel right at home. Swimming in the ocean right there and having dinner on the deck with our family looking at the gorgeous view will be treasured memories! Thank you for the amazing getaway!!

This is our home that we lovingly rebuilt. We always wanted to have a home on the Sunshine Coast.

Why they chose this property

This waterfront parcel looks over to the twin islands. There is a large arbutus tree outside so there is always a place to find shade in the summer. A long stretch of beach starts at the base of our property (also referred to as 'the golden mile').
We are a 5 minute drive from the town of Sechelt. Sechelt has grocery stores, banks, unique shopping experiences as well as many restaurants. The Bricker Cider Company is located nearby as well as the Sunshine Coast Botanical Gardens and golf courses.
Provincial parks are nearby and there are wonderful hiking trails in the vicinity.
The location is convenient to these amenities, but being in the house makes you feel miles from everything.
