The home office is huge and private if you need to do some work whilst away. There is a large well fitted out laundry with stairs leading to the back of the house on this level also.

The extra wide staircase and large areas with elevated ceilings outside the bedrooms is very conducive to the feeling of space.

The top level has five bedrooms including the master with ensuite and three of the upstairs bedrooms open onto an upper deck - the perfect spot for reading or relaxing after a long day at the beach.
