Stone stairs lead from the entry garden area to a large deck off the main living area of the home. From here you can enter the home or access the pool deck and solar heated salt water pool.

The heart of the home resides on the main living level, where a vast open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area beckon. There is also a fireplace in the dining area for cooler months or use the air conditioning in the warmer months. Need to attend to business matters? There is a generously sized home office offering a private sanctuary for productivity. There is also a shared laundry and bathroom readily accessible to guests.

On the top level there is five bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite and air-conditioning for unparalleled comfort and privacy. Three of these bedrooms open onto an upper deck, ideal for unwinding after a day at the nearby beaches. Two of the five bedrooms are perfect for the children to hang out, one room with 2 bunk beds and the other with two singles and a ladder to a small loft to hang out.
