Gorgeous townhouse in The Retreat 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom has all the modern touches and is stylishly furnished so you don’t have to do a thing. The open floor concept provides the perfect entertaining space with glass patio doors that opens onto your private splash pool.

The kitchen includes waterfall granite countertops and beautiful, fresh tile throughout. All stainless steel appliances bathrooms. The master bedroom retreat includes a large balcony – the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or as a reading nook. Spa-like ensuite also incorporates matching granite and tile with a glassed-in shower

Disney theme parks are less than 15 minutes away, Universal Studios within 30 minutes and LEGOLAND only 25 mins away.

Major shopping centers within close proximity, Grocery store Publix is only 3 minutes away and shopping outlets 10 miles away. This home will provide you with the best stay while visiting Orlando area.

It was fine. We basically just roam around all day and then come home and sleep so for that it was absolutely fine. I could quibble about cobwebs and bathroom doors with locks that didn't work, but it didn't really matter. For us, It worked great. Just FYI an Uber Eats driver dropped off some Del Taco sort of between our townhome and the one next to it. It wasn't intended for us or whoever was next door if there was anyone so some raccoons ate it and made a little mess.

I was expecting a fully functional kitchen and a bit disappointed. The cookware was in poor condition along with small appliances. There were less than minimal cooking utensils and no oven mitts or kitchen towels The knives in butcher block were very dull. I was not expecting to have to go purchase kitchen needs but dollar tree and Walmart were located close by. The carpet was very dirty. The neighborhood was ok.

The home is listed in Davenport but the actual address is somewhere else. The water filter on the fridge needed replaced, the freezer door was broken, the dishwasher was so rusted it could not be used. The kitchen supplies were very lacking. I would have brought my own had I known. Also while there, there was a break in at one of the condos a few doors down which made me question the safety of the neighborhood. And the final thing, the home was not cleaned properly. There were empty water bottles under one of the beds and a leftover deodorant in another bedroom. The floors/rug were very dirty and left our socks filthy every day.

Wedding stay

We stayed at this house for a family gathering for a wedding. We requested a full size coffee pot and it was there. The house had almost everything we needed. One of the TVs we couldn’t get to work. And I would have liked to have some toilet paper and paper towels so we could clean up. And dishwasher soap pods. The house was clean as could be and was comfortable for us all. We would stay here again

Evaluation

The property was fine. It left a lot to be desired in that it was very unattractive and cold. No comfortable furniture for exterior use, no bedside tables or or dressers in the master bedroom. No toaster no coffeemaker ( 1 hotel style 1 cup) no wine glasses no spatula, no dish cloths only 2 cups, 4 plates etc. Poorly equipped overall. No TV , not a place for seniors or. Canadian unless you bring a fire stick. No community pool in the area despite being advertised! Never again!
