Located in a quiet, friendly street within a 10-minute drive to Hyams Beach, Huskisson, Vincentia, Green Patch and Murray’s Boat Ramp.
Visit the dolphins and whales in Jervis Bay during May to July for their migration, without the crazy crowds, bar noise and busy streets at the end of your day.
Birds, lizards, kangaroos, frogs and bandicoots live in harmony here.

There are two external security cameras located at the front of the property focused on the driveway and secure lot next door. There are no other cameras in the property.
"Kevally Erowal Bay" has an open planned living room with a smart tv upon entry and direct access to the compact, yet functional kitchen.
The kitchen does not have a dishwasher however it does have a family sized environmentally friendly refrigerator and Canstar 5 gas oven and 4 burner hot plate with a removable wok attachment.
Quality earthenware crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils as well as dishwashing liquid, sponges and all cleaning products are supplied.
The custom-built dining nook and reclaimed dining table are a feature included to entice people to gather and share..
There is a bathroom with rain head shower and handheld nozzle, toilet and reclaimed timber topped vanity downstairs adjacent to the extra storage area attached to the open planned office area with USB charging points.
Access to the second floor is via the custom-built timber staircase, containing 14 steps.
There are books, boardgames, cards and jigsaw puzzles for your enjoyment as you ascend the stairs.
The lounging retreat at the top of the landing is perfect for reading, relaxing or watching the birds. Binoculars and an Australian Birdwatching Book are supplied for the amateur bird watcher.
The control for the energy efficient reverse cycle air conditioning is attached to the bookshelf under the aircon unit on the second floor.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor with block out blinds. The two main bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is access to another bathroom with a rain fall shower, toilet and vanity.
All linen is provided. (Natural Fibre sheets, pillows and slips, bamboo quilts with covers, cotton throw blankets, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, beach towels and tea towels.)
The rear entertaining pergola has a family sized recycled hardwood timber table and six recycled plastic chairs. A 4-burner gas BBQ with additional wok burner, outdoor sink and a large industrial stainless steel preparation bench. Additional outdoor crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.
The natural outdoor shower and luxurious bath area is attached to the pergola behind the privacy screen. Perfect after a day at the beach, or for a relaxing soak accompanied by the ever-present bird song.
The laundry with eco-friendly washer and dryer also has an iron and board for your convenience and is supplied with natural laundry liquid.
The back yard is planted with native grevillea to attract the many birds and native little lizards that like to visit and there is a firepit to add to the ambience.
Feel free to harvest the organic seasonal herbs in the raised garden beds, mostly lemon scented that go so well with freshly caught fish.
Kevally Erowal Bay is located on a quiet leafy street, directly opposite Jervis Bay National Park. There is a local wildlife reserve to the side and natural wetlands that surround the property provide a haven for various native critters.
Only local vehicle traffic on a quiet street, with kangaroos, bandicoots and birds in abundance. Bush walking and mountain bike trails practically at the doorstep.
Erowal Bay is a hidden location within the Jervis Bay area, just a right turn off the busy thoroughfare. With the additional benefits of all that St Georges Basin has to offer.
The boat ramp is 800m from the property to access St Georges Basin and a 12-minute drive to Murrays Boat Ramp in Booderee National Park for direct access to Jervis Bay.
The property is a 5-minute drive to the white sands of Hyams Beach and less than 7 minutes to Woolworths, Aldi, BWS and various specialty shops at Home Co Vincentia, including a petrol station.
A few minutes down the road is Vincentia Village. This area has a Coles, local specialty shops and restaurants and a newly added kids waterpark. This is the hub of the area.
Local artisan products, unique visual artists and musicians provide a great ambience that really reflects the heritage of the local area
A great base to explore the South Coast.
Every stay at “Kevally Erowal Bay” means another native plant in the ground at “Kevally Farm Peelwood”.
Thank you.

About the host
Hosted by Kevin and Allison Lewocki
We care about the environment and as farmers, we have implemented various strategies to ensure that Kevally Erowal Bay, is as climate aware as we can make it.
This is our home away from the farm for a couple of days a year.
Let us know what you think.
We hope you like it as much as we do.
Every confirmed stay at Kevally Erowal Bay means we can put another native plant into the ground on our farm. We grow them ourselves from sustainable cuttings.
Let us know if you stay and we can send you a picture of the planting and progress.

Why they chose this property
This property is special.
It provides a sanctuary.
Erowal Bay is a small village.
There is no traffic on our street.
Wildlife (kangaroos, bandicoots, echidnas, birds and lizards) still feel safe enough to visit at all times of the day and night.
The property is just minutes from the Erowal Bay Boat Ramp and a quick drive to Hyams Beach, the hustle and bustle of Vincentia and Huskisson.
It is only an 8 minute drive to the world renown Booderee National Park with Murrays Boat Ramp allowing direct access to the fabulous waterways of Jervis Bay.
We have decorated and supplied the house in a natural, easy to maintain style that reflects how relaxed we are when we come here and are surrounded by coastal nature.
It really does recharge the human batteries.
