50m² apartment, 13m2 terrace, 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two, kitchen (microwave and vitro), washing machine, closed garage.
The apartment is 800 m from a Freestyle area open from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. A 5 minute drive north of the town of Soldeu, where there are restaurants, bars, shops and a cable car to go skiing. It is also a 5-minute drive from Grau Roig (at the foot of the slopes) with ample free parking, all part of Granvalira (the largest ski area in the Pyrenees. The apartment is new, comfortable, well equipped, with closed garage and a large terrace, located in a very quiet area, all customers were very satisfied with their stay

Beau logement , très calme, bien conçu, seul bémol le canapé du salon pas du tout confortable.....on apprécie le parking couvert et surtout la gentillesse de Jordi !

Que dire si ce n'est que l'appartement est vraiment un lieu de repos, proche de tout. Environnement calme, belle vue sur les sapins, et le petit plus, le parking au sous-sol, très appréciable l'hiver ! Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil, arrangeant, et parle français. Un petit point négatif tout de même, c'est le manque de vaisselle ... un peu juste. Je recommande cet appartement.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très propre, sans vis à vis (vue sur la montagne), la rue est sans issue et la résidence est très calme. L'appartement est joli et moderne, assez bien équipé (draps et serviettes de toilette fournis), bien chauffé et bénéficie d'une place de parking souterrain (idéal en hiver !) Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Il parle bien le français. Le seul point faible est qu'il faut prendre la voiture pour tout faire, la résidence est loin de tout.

très agréable séjour en Andorre

très belle location récente , un peu à l écart de Soldeu et donc au calme , les pistes de ski sont à peine à 5 minutes en voiture. le propriétaire est très gentil et très arrangeant, nous avons fortement apprécié le séjour , l'appartement, la place de parking , le calme de la résidence , la jolie vue . nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement lumineux et bien chauffé, à 5mn en voiture de soldeu ou de grau roig pour aller skier, on reviendra !!
