Welcome to Wapiti 11A, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging. This spectacular duplex, located in Fraser, Colorado, is a perfect jumping off point for any adventure. It's located right on the Winter Park Lift free bus route, which makes getting to Winter Park Resort or downtown Fraser a breeze. With 2185 square feet of space, our home is much more spacious than your standard 3 bedroom unit. The home is a split level style, with 1 bedroom upstairs, the living area/kitchen/dining on the main floor and 2 bedrooms/laundry on the lower level. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy and comfort. In addition, each lower level bedroom has a private deck with expansive views of Byers Peak and the Arapaho National Forest. There is a gas grill on the deck, a foosball table and gas fireplace in the living room, a well stocked kitchen, dining for 6 and more. We look forward to hosting your group for your next mountain vacation!

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. ** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. Instructions showed 904 as address, however needs to show turnoff before cul de sac. Instructions state access through garage, however code worked for front door, not garage. Instructions for condo were hidden in place ( should I tell where or would you prefer future guests get the enjoyment of hide and seek?). Lastly the oven causes GFI circuit to blow, this causes some confusion as fuses are not tripped but oven stovetop and refrigerator shut off. Resets with GFI but retrips when oven starts again ( the birthday cake collapsed).

Arrived with groceries to cook a Thanksgiving meal only to find fridge and oven not working. Property management responded quickly. Luckily we noticed a GFI outlet had tripped and once we pressed it in fridge and stove came back on. Glad no one had to come out the night before Thanksgiving. House is great, loved having our own rooms and bathrooms. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would defiantly stay again!
